Preparations

The menu is a conversation.

A public list of dishes, written ahead of a program, would only pretend the copacker has already cooked them. Partners set preparations with us. Allergen and nutrition detail travels with that program, under agreement.

Service is by rehydration. Time and water belong on the specification you buy, because they follow the preparation.
