Quality

What we will put in writing.

Quality, on this site, means the claims we can make in public. Facility paperwork moves between us and a partner. It is not a row of badges.

  1. 01

    Farm-to-table, through a copacker

Ingredients are sourced farm-to-table and produced with a specialty copacker. That is the supply structure. We do not present this website as a farm, a plant, or a dining room.

  2. 02

    Freeze-dried and shelf-stable

The process is freeze-drying. The packet is shelf-stable. Shelf-stable is the holding claim. A year count is not printed here.

  3. 03

    Single-serve

Portion is part of quality. One packet is one guest. The unit a distributor counts is the unit a guest receives.

  4. 04

Nothing added to stand in for the food

The brand promise is no additives and no preservatives. It is stated as a promise of the house. It is not a certification mark.
